What happens when I renew with the same tenant?
With the Protection Package, renewal with the same tenant is free, for life. Log in, update the date and amount, and send again for signing. No additional payment.
When do I actually pay?
Building the basic contract and digitally signing require no payment or credit card. You only pay if you choose a protected contract (₪79), at the point of sending the contract for signing.
Is there a money-back guarantee if I'm not happy?
Yes. Both one-time payments are backed by a full refund within 7 days, no questions and no forms: the Protection Package (₪79) and Upload & Sign (₪39). The free contract costs nothing anyway. The Self-management subscription (₪149) can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard; charges already made are not refunded.
How do I cancel my Self-management subscription?
Cancel with one click from your dashboard, anytime, no questions asked. Billing stops at the end of the current cycle, and you can download every contract you created. Monthly payments already charged are not refunded.
I bought a contract before, what about my storage?
Customers who purchased a contract before the move to the new model keep lifetime storage, exactly as promised. The one-year limit applies only to new free contracts.
I already have a PDF contract. How much to send it for signing?
₪39 one-time, including a verified digital signature, a signing certificate with evidence report, and storage. Upload and review are free; you only pay before sending for signing, and it is backed by a full refund within 7 days. This is a separate product from the free contract.
