Welcome to LeaseLink ("Service", "Platform", "we"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform at leaselink.co.il and its associated application.
The Service is operated by LeaseLINK, Company No. 314297441, HaRav Haba Eliyahu 7/31, Ramat Gan, Israel.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over only.
LeaseLink is a technology platform offering AI-assisted rental contract creation, digital signatures, payment management, property documentation, and related property management services.
Use of certain parts of the Service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The AI on the Platform provides drafting assistance only. Content generated does not constitute legal advice, is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, and does not bind LeaseLink in any way. LeaseLink is not a law firm and is not permitted under the Israeli Bar Association Law (1961) to provide legal advice.
Documents created via the Platform are the sole responsibility of the user. LeaseLink is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, legal validity, or enforceability of any document generated through the Service.
The contract template is based on the standard rental agreement of the Tel Aviv Municipality and serves as a starting point only. Adapting the contract to the specific circumstances of each transaction is the user's responsibility.
We strongly recommend obtaining advice from a qualified attorney before signing any contract.
The Platform enables digital signatures on documents in accordance with the Israeli Electronic Signature Law (2001). Signatures executed through the Platform are classified as an "Electronic Signature" and are backed by technological security measures for authentication and identification purposes.
The signing process is securely recorded by the system and includes, among other things: IP address logging, a timestamp, browser and device data, and two-factor identity verification (OTP) via email or SMS. Upon signing, the system produces a final, locked file to prevent modifications, alongside an electronic Audit Trail.
It is hereby clarified that LeaseLink provides the technological infrastructure only. The responsibility to verify the legal validity of the signature, the identity of the actual signatories, and the enforceability of the document in any legal circumstance rests solely with the user.
Some features of the Platform require payment. Current prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with advance notice.
Subscription payments are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellation — Individual consumers (B2C): Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), individual consumers may cancel a remote transaction within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS — whichever is lower — will apply.
Cancellation — Business customers (B2B): Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds will be issued for already-paid periods.
In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to restrict access to the Service until the outstanding balance is settled.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Third-party data:
Where a user enters personal data of a third party into the Platform (such as tenants, landlords, guarantors, or any other person), the user warrants that they are doing so after having obtained that third party's explicit and lawful consent for their data to be submitted to and processed by LeaseLink, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981).
LeaseLink shall bear no liability toward any third party whose data was entered into the Platform without their consent. Sole responsibility in such cases rests with the user.
All rights in the Platform — design, code, logos, and content — are the exclusive property of LeaseLink. Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform under these Terms.
Content you upload to the Platform remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
In no event shall LeaseLink's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the incident.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeaseLink, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or liability arising from: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms; your infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and/or emailed to you with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
LeaseLink is committed to making the Platform accessible to all users in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. For details, see our Accessibility Statement.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
