Is a digital rental contract legally valid in Israel?
Yes. The contract is based on the Tel Aviv Municipality's recommended lease, and digital signing is included free under Israel's Electronic Signature Law (2001), with two-factor authentication (OTP) and timestamps. The document is locked after signing to prevent modifications. A signature certificate and full evidence annex, including IP logging and device identification, are included in the Protection Package

Does LeaseLink work for commercial properties?
Rental contract creation is currently for residential properties only, however you can use the platform to manage commercial properties, including contract tracking, payments and inspections with a PRO subscription
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
All data is stored in an encrypted, secure cloud in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law (1981) and Amendment 13. We never sell or share your data with third parties. The signing audit trail is locked and tamper-proof.
Do I need to sign up to create a contract?
No. You build the contract in the wizard without signing up. You only register at the end, before sending it for signing, so the contract is saved and every party can sign
What if my tenant isn't tech-savvy?
The tenant receives a link by email/SMS, opens it on their phone and signs with a finger. No app install, no signup, no account needed. If the tenant prefers a printed contract, you can download the PDF and sign manually, but the digital signature is faster and carries stronger legal weight.
