This policy applies to all platform users — landlords, tenants, and property managers — and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Providing this information is based on your free will; however, without providing mandatory details, we will not be able to allow the use of the Platform.

Information you provide directly:

• Identity details: full name, email address, phone number
• Property details: address, description, photos
• Documents: rental contracts, documentation photos, ID documents (for verification)
• Payment details: transmitted encrypted to our payment provider; we do not store card numbers
• Bank details for rent payments (where applicable)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, operating system
• Pages viewed, time spent, traffic sources
• Cookies and device identifiers
• Usage data and platform interactions

• Providing and operating the Service
• Creating and verifying contracts and documents
• Processing payments and managing accounts
• Sending service notifications, updates, and reminders
• Improving the platform and developing new features
• Usage analytics and fraud prevention
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Marketing communications — with your separate explicit consent only, opt-out available at any time

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, analyze traffic, and improve user experience.

• Contract parties: Sharing documents with the other party to a contract for executing the transaction
• Law enforcement: When required by court order or applicable law

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers, preferably in the me-west1 (Tel Aviv) region, in accordance with strict security standards, including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).

We operate in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017.

To the extent our database requires registration under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (databases containing sensitive information on more than 10,000 persons), we will register it accordingly with the Privacy Protection Authority.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required by law (typically up to 7 years after the end of our relationship).

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and Amendment No. 13 (2025):

• Access: Receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations
• Objection: Object to processing for marketing purposes
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
