Contract templates: your lease, filling itself in on every deal

Upload the lease you already work with once, mark where the address, rent, dates and parties go, and from then on every new deal is one short form and a send. The wording stays yours, word for word

We are opening templates to new accounts gradually. A 15-minute demo where we mark up your first contract together, no credit card and no commitment

From template to signed contract in three steps

Mark it once, and every contract after that is filling in the deal and sending

  1. 1

    Upload your own contract

Drag in the PDF of your contract and its annexes, up to 6 files merged into one document. You can reorder and rotate the pages right in the browser

  2. 2

    Mark the blanks once

Mark on the page where the address, rent, dates, ID numbers and signatures go, and bind each box to a role: Landlord 1, Tenant 2. A role, not a person, and that is what makes the document reusable

  3. 3

Fill in the deal and send for signature

Pick a template, fill one form with the deal details, confirm who signs and send. Every party signs digitally with SMS verification and gets a signed PDF

What a template gives you that a Word file never will

The difference between a contract you retype every time and one that fills itself in

Keep your contract, lose the paperwork

You do not adopt our wording, you digitize yours. The contract your lawyer drafted stays word for word, and the system only adds boxes on top of it that know how to fill themselves

Mark once, reuse forever

Instead of 30 minutes retyping the address, rent, dates and party details into every contract, you fill one form and the values land in every box that needs them, on every page

Nothing blank, nothing contradictory

Every box is typed: rent, ID number, lease start. The system blocks sending a contract with a blank on a legal page, and two boxes with the same name share one answer, so the tenant name on page 1 and page 9 can never disagree

Tenant details are collected from the tenant

A box bound to the tenant is collected from them at signing, so you can send a contract without knowing their ID number and it still comes back complete

One team, one wording

Share an approved template with the teammates who should use it. Admins see everything, a member sees what they made plus what was shared with them, and every deal goes out in the same wording

It ends in a signed, sealed PDF, not a download

A template contract drops into the same pipeline as every contract here: send, digital signature with SMS verification, status tracking and renewal reminders. After the last signature the PDF is cryptographically sealed, any later change to it is detectable, and every party gets a signed copy with a signing certificate and evidence annex

Who templates are for

Anyone whose contract repeats itself

Landlords with several properties
Same contract, different tenants. Instead of retyping the address, amount and dates every year, you fill one form and send
Offices, shops and warehouses
A commercial lease is almost always the owner's or the lawyer's fixed wording. The template preserves it exactly as it is
Agents and agencies
You send contracts on behalf of property owners. You can mark that the landlord does not sign in the app and run the deal from your side
Management companies and lawyers
One approved template, shared with everyone authorized to use it, so nobody sends an outdated version

Three ways to get to a signed contract

If you already have a contract you like, a template is the way

A phone number or email is needed so we can get back to you

No spam, and we never pass your details on

Frequently asked questions about contract templates

Does my contract stay exactly as it is?

Yes, we do not change a word of it. You upload your PDF and the system only adds boxes on top that fill with the deal details. Values are stamped at the document's body text size and right-anchored, so a filled contract reads like a typed contract, not like a form

Can I send a contract without the tenant's ID number?

Yes. A box bound to the tenant is collected from them at signing, so you send the contract with what you know, and the tenant completes their own details before signing

What happens to existing contracts if I edit the template?

Nothing. Every contract carries its own snapshot of the template from the moment it was created, so editing, duplicating or deleting a template never touches contracts already created from it

Is a signature on a template contract legally valid?

Yes, exactly as in every contract here: a Secured Electronic Signature under Israel's Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001, with SMS verification, timestamp, IP and device identification, plus a signing certificate and evidence annex at the end

How much does it cost?

Templates are included in the Self-Management plan, ₪149 a month, up to 10 contracts and up to 3 team members. There is no extra charge for a contract created from a template

Can I share a template with my team?

Yes. You share a template with specific teammates, and they can use it and duplicate it. Editing and deleting stay with whoever created the template and with the organization's admins

Does it work for an office, shop or warehouse lease?

Yes. The template is built on the PDF you upload, so any lease wording you already work with fits, commercial included. By comparison, our automatic contract creator is built for unprotected residential tenancy only

Can I upload a Word file?

No, PDF only. If your contract is in Word, save it as PDF and then upload. You can upload up to 6 files together, up to 10MB, and they merge into one document

If your contract repeats itself, there is no reason to retype it. Book a free demo →
